Next the super user Group
The super group is the Master key for all your documents and must have a restricted access to this group (MAX four users ) as this users will have access to all the documents . also note that any member will be picked up after 24 Hours (after you add it to the group )
Next step creating the Templates needed by your organization please be really careful when creating it don’t create too much (users get confused ) try to limit it to only five templates also try not to change anything after you create it
I will creating "no reply to all" template ( don’t you hate this feature when it keeps you in unneeded conversation )
Next let us create confidential template that block the print or forward of it (only view )
Off course in your production you will create it based on groups
