Forefront UAG Client Components Restart you browser massage not going away
Restart you browser to complete forefront UAG client components installation . all browser windows will be closed .
I encountered this massage several time during the past few month , this massage due to that the UAG can not update the old version of the endpoint to the new release (updatee1 ,update2 ,sp1 )
so I noticed first thing that IE not placing the portal in the correct zone
I add the portal to the trusted zone as it should
next I tried to remove the components manually I get the below massage asking me to restart
also no matter how many times you restart the massage will not go away
so after the add remove program I renamed the endpoint components that the UAG installed
after this everything worked as it should
so
1- go to add remove programs and remove the client (ignore the restart )
2-rename the endpoint folder
